The majority of fences take been 2-5 days to complete, with larger more complex projects adding a few more days.

We require at least one week to get you scheduled in, but during the busy months we are often booked as far out as 4 weeks in advance.

Minimum depth required for frost is 36” but our standard is 42” for a 10’ length post. For larger and heavier fences we will go 44”- 48” in depth which typically requires at 12’ post to achieve required fence height.

Yes. We require a 50% deposit in order to secure your project on our calendar and to get started in order to pay for materials and get them delivered to site.

All of our material is bought through BMR PRO in Elmvale. We do not purchase any materials through “big box” home stores which ensures long lasting, unbeatable quality every time.

No. It is the homeowners responsibility to know where or find their property lines. This can be obtained by checking with your city/township, contacting your real
estate lawyer or using a surveyor. Most times newer homes will come with a property survey which indicates dimensions from the foundation to the front,
sides and rear of the property. It is your responsibility to make sure the corners of your property, including
between your house and neighbours are marked before we come to begin construction.

We take responsibility to call in all underground utilities (gas, hydro, water) before
we come to drill. It is the law to “call before you dig” and we will make sure all
locates are complete before we begin. Locates typically take 1-2 weeks to clear.

Yes! We warranty our post installations for 5 years from any frost heaving of the
posts (posts/concrete lifting out of the ground). We also warranty our
workmanship (defects in installation) for 2 years.

If contracted to build your entire project, we supply and deliver all necessary
materials to get the job done!

Yes! We use post caps on all of our jobs and is included in our price.
Homeowners should always ask for them as this will prevent rain from getting
into the core of your post and rotting them from the inside.

Yes. We have a 2 million dollar liability policy with Wawanesa Insurance.
